How it works

Clear gates between interest and authorised work.

The public site helps you find a route. It does not silently turn a message into eligibility, representation, a service agreement or a completed case.

Six stages

What happens — and what each stage does not mean.

  1. 01

    Choose the question

Select the audience route that best matches the present need.

  2. 02

    Share only routing facts

Use a general email draft; do not send sensitive or identity files.

  3. 03

    Receipt is checked

An opened draft or sent message does not prove delivery or receipt.

  4. 04

    An owner is assigned

Only after receipt may a responsible operator create an internal record.

  5. 05

    Scope and authority are written

A mandate, regulated role, price or project begins only after its own checks.

  6. 06

    Work and evidence are preserved

Delivery, correction and completion are recorded separately.

Information boundary

Share the minimum needed to choose a responsible route.
